Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
In short: Stovetrack collects no data. Everything you do in the app stays on your phone.
Who we are
Stovetrack is made by Sobit FZ-LLC. Contact: stovetrack@sobitcompany.com.
What stays on your phone
To work, the app saves a few things on your device only:
- the cook in progress (which recipe, and when you started, paused or finished steps), so it can resume if the app closes;
- your settings (for example, whether chimes play in silent mode);
- the items you tick in a recipe's "Before you start" checklist.
This is never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.
What we don't do
- No account or sign-in.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking, and no third-party services that collect data.
- The app makes no network requests: recipes are built into the app.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Stovetrack schedules reminders for your cooking steps on your phone. They're local notifications: they're created by the app on your device and don't pass through any server.
Children
Stovetrack doesn't collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version adds features that need data (for example, saving recipes to an account), this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
